1.圖片色差：本店均為實物拍攝，顏色經專業校對，與實物最接近，有用個人對顏色的理解以及顯示器顏色差異等原因，可能與實物存在異同屬於正常現象，不屬於色差，顏色以實物為準。以色差為由的退換貨，我們一律不退運費。
2.發貨時間：周一到周五4點之前下單並完成付款的訂單，一般情況下都於當天發貨，4點後付款的訂單第二天發貨，如遇特殊情況則順延。周日因本公司休息都不發貨，統一於周一發貨；遇節假日放假，具體發貨時間會在放假前店鋪首頁另行通知。
3.快遞服務：本店默認韻達、全峰及中通快遞，港澳台默認順豐快遞，不支持留言快遞，我們會儘量選擇能到的快遞公司，要發其他快遞的客戶請先與客服溝通，急用要發順豐快遞的買家，請先聯繫客服補差價。大批量的訂單也可以發安能 優速或者德邦物流，但得買家自己上物流公司提貨請謹慎選擇。快遞攬件成功後，物流的快慢就不是我們能掌控得了的，請大家理解不要以物流為由給我們差評哦。
4.簽收問題：簽收前請先開包驗貨，確認商品完好數量準確再簽收。如果快遞員要求先簽字才能驗貨，一定要先檢查包裹外表有無破損，確認商品外包裝完好再簽字，有破損請拒收。簽字後的單子不要給快遞員，自己拿好了並當着快遞員的面驗貨，確認商品沒有任何問題才能給快遞員。否則一有問題，快遞員不會承擔損失。
5.退換貨問題：本店支持7天無理由退貨，非本店責任的質量問題退換貨，買家須承擔退換貨的來回運費，商品質量問題以及本店責任造成的退換貨，由本店承擔來回的運費；本店拒收到付件、自取件、順豐件以及郵政包裹。本店責任的退換貨，買家請先墊付運費，我們將在收到退貨後，經支付寶退還您支付的運費。對於使用過並影響二次銷售的商品，我們不予退換貨，敬請理解！
