1: All products of our company are supported for return within seven days from the date of receipt shown on the system, and no support will be provided after seven days.
2: Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the express delivery, exchange is supported as long as the product is unopened and does not affect secondary sales.
3: Official event products include free shipping. If the customer returns or exchanges the product without any reason, the customer must bear the free shipping and return shipping costs.
4: There are some stains on the outside of the product, which is not a quality problem. There will be some friction during the express delivery, but it does not affect the quality of the product.
5: If the product has a slight odor, it is not a quality problem. New shoes have not been worn before and a slight odor cannot be avoided, but it does not affect health.
6: If there are quality problems or shortages after receiving the goods, the buyer needs to contact the seller within 12 hours from the time of signing to verify the situation. If the time limit is exceeded, the buyer will bear the responsibility.
7: If the customer delays receiving the goods due to express delivery during peak periods, the seller has nothing to do with it.
All product prices of our company are non-tax prices, and additional taxes will be added if invoices are issued.
