1. If there is any quality problem with the product, please wait 7 days after order receipt( 30 days for wholesale customers) Contact customer service within( Take photos or videos of the product and inform customer service) Check and confirm that it is true. Return postage for returns or exchanges will be borne by us.( The buyer must pay the return shipping fee in advance.) .If the product is returned without any quality problems after our inspection, the return shipping fee will be borne by yourself.
2. For non-quality problems, no reason to return or exchange, etc., dropshipping customers should contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the order. The freight will be borne by yourself. The product cannot be opened, it is unused and the packaging is intact, so it cannot affect secondary sales.
3. If it is not a quality problem, wholesale customers can exchange the product at the original price within 90 days after the order is received, and return the product at a 30% discount. Within 120 days, exchange the product at a 50% discount and return the product. The freight is borne by the customer. The product cannot be opened, has not been used and is in good packaging. It cannot affect secondary sales. Orders will not be returned or exchanged more than 120 days after receipt. The store has stopped selling.( No product link) Products do not accept returns or exchanges.
4. If you find that there are fewer or missing shipments after signing for it, please contact us within 7 days to handle it. Take photos of all products and the delivery list and inform customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and retrieve the delivery video for verification. If it is confirmed that there are fewer or missing shipments, , we will reissue or refund the product. If you contact us beyond the time limit, we will not process it.!
