當遇到帶有受保護功能的編程器的時候，夾子在正常的電壓下是讀不出來的，這時候需要加一個3.3V的電壓，方法是：夾子夾住芯片，芯片第8腳對應的夾針加一個3.3V的電壓。一般3.3V的電源有兩根線，那麼VCC對應接夾子，另外一根線直接接地就可以了
