2. We will try our best to meet the customer's specification of product color or style, but we do not necessarily guarantee it.( If the warehouse inventory cannot meet the requirements) .If the color and style do not match the quality problem, no return or exchange will be granted.( Customers can indicate that if the goods cannot be distributed as required, they can be processed as out of stock.) .
3. When customers receive the goods, if they find that the outer packaging box is damaged, they need to open the box and inspect it. If there is damage to the product due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a stamped certificate and provide this certificate. Provide it to us and we will assist the customer in making a claim.
4. If the goods are not received as required and the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not be responsible for the relevant responsibility.
5. All customers please protect the integrity of the product packaging, accessories or related information. If the product itself has quality problems, we will return or exchange the product within the specified time.( If the buyer requests a return due to subjective reasons, the buyer will bear the return postage incurred in the transaction.)

2. Return instructions

3. When a customer finds a product quality problem and returns the product, the company will refuse to sign for the resulting shipping fee by surface mail or other pay-on-delivery methods without communicating with customer service.
4. Return packages must be returned under your real name.( That is, fill in the name of the orderer) , before the return package is mailed, it is necessary to communicate with customer service and pass the return list. The return package must be accompanied by a return list to facilitate staff to save time and effort when checking the package, improve efficiency and provide better service to customers.
5. Direct returns without communicating with customer service before returning the goods will not be accepted.
