Is the product on the shelves available?? What to do if out of stock? 

All our products are sold in stock. The products that can be photographed on the page are all in stock. Please feel free to buy. Due to the large variety of products, the daily sales volume is large and they cannot be removed from the shelves in time. 

Please forgive me for the out-of-stock situation caused by this. We will contact you by phone or Wangwang and handle it. 

We have paid, when will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive the goods?? 

Due to the large volume of shipments every day, we will wait 24 days after your payment is successful.- Shipments will be made within 28 hours in order of payment. Shipping time may be affected by distance, weather and uncertain factors.

What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?? 

If the goods are out of stock or have quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. If there are quality problems, please take pictures of the goods in time after receiving the goods and send them to customer service.

I received the product, but I don’t like it very much. Can I return it or exchange it?? 

If you are not satisfied with the product or do not like it, you can return it and exchange it at your own expense if it has not been used and does not affect secondary sales. 

No refunds or exchanges will be made in the following situations:

A. The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or related information are missing.;

B Unauthorized repair or modification; 

C Failure to use or store according to normal methods;

D Goods that have exceeded the service period after sale;

E Seasonal products will not be returned after expiration date( Like a fan in summer and a thermal patch in winter);

F. Products that have been taken off the shelves by our company will not be returned or exchanged.

Instructions on export orders:

  For international orders, our store is only responsible for domestic transportation quality inspection. If you need to export, please forward it abroad after domestic acceptance. If there are quality problems, we can provide after-sales service in time. If it is sent directly without inspection, we are not responsible for international transportation. Please note that there are no refunds or exchange services for products that cannot be returned.
