1. Customization requirements

1. Product style, color, material, specification, LOGO printing method, packaging, box, etc. can all be customized according to customer requirements.

2. The minimum order quantity for our factory’s styles is more than 100 pieces in a single color. For non-factory styles, the minimum order quantity is 500 pieces in a single color.( For reference only, specific quantities vary according to production requirements)

2. Free proofing

1. If it is an existing product of our factory, you can directly take a photo of the corresponding product in our store.[ Free samples] Just pick up a sample at the entrance.

2. If you need proofing products, customers need to provide drawings or samples for customization, and attach basic product information.( like: Material, specifications, LOGO, detailed pictures, etc.) So that we can give you a timely quotation. Proofing cycle 3- 7 days, 200 will be charged depending on the actual situation- 500 yuan for labor and mold costs, and the sample fee can be refunded or credited to the purchase price after the shipment is completed.

3. The sample is mailed to the customer by express delivery.

3. Confirm the order

1. After receiving the sample and confirming that there is no objection, the customer formally places the order and both parties sign a business contract of equality and mutual benefit.

2. Within 24 hours from signing the contract, the customer should prepay 30% of the total payment.% The rest of the payment must be paid before shipment. The payment method can be paid by bank transfer or Alipay.

3. The company produces according to the contract and arranges the transportation method according to the customer's requirements. We provide free transportation and the freight incurred during transportation is borne by the customer.
