2: Product return for repair: If there is a quality problem with the product and it is not caused by man-made damage, but within the warranty period, the buyer can accumulate the defective products to a certain number and then send them back for replacement at once. The replaced products can wait until needed. When ordering, we will send it back together with the ordered goods.( Our firm is not responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for product repair, and customers need to pay for it themselves.)
3: Return and exchange issues:
