關於黃銅的保養：黃銅會氧化的特性，使用久後，會跟空氣和汗液充分氧化，顏色會變深變暗，尤其是夏天，溫度特別高，會加快黃銅氧化，尤其是手握的部分，因為汗液一直接觸，高溫狀態下會變黑。所以建議剛開始用的時候，每次使用完後，建議用紙巾擦拭一下，使少量汗液可以均勻的分布在銅筆身上。用久後就會形成一層「包漿」保護層。每個月建議用紙巾蘸少許植物油（大豆油、調和油、花生油之類）擦拭筆身。這樣您的銅筆外觀狀態會非常好，有老東西的感覺，有韻味，有歷史的彌留感！
