Use a magnifying glass to examine the ceramic products and do not allow any small defects to be bypassed. We do not welcome perfectionists and are not willing to cooperate with you.

We don’t want to have unnecessary disputes. After all, ceramic products are fragile. We can try our best to package them better, but we cannot control the violence of loading and unloading by logistics companies. Practice has also proved that the damage rate of our packaging methods relatively low.

We will try our best to package it properly. We currently use inner box + outer box packaging, which basically has a low damage rate. However, unforeseen circumstances can happen. Once damage occurs unfortunately, please contact customer service in time and provide photos of the damage, and we will Verify and compare based on the photos you provided. If it is true, we will calculate the value of the damage and provide a transfer refund.

Customers are kindly requested to unpack and inspect the goods as soon as possible after arrival, and contact us in time.
