About after-sales

[ After agency sale]:

   1. If there are quality problems with the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of confirmation of receipt.( Take product photos and inform customer service) , you are responsible for the return postage for returns or exchanges. If there are quality problems during product testing, we will bear the reissue freight.; If the product is tested and there are no quality problems, the buyer will be responsible for the reissue freight.

   2. For non-quality issues, due to the special nature of adult products, returns and exchanges are not supported in principle.

[ Wholesale sales of more than 1,000 yuan]:

   1. If the product has quality problems: Please return all the defective goods within 3 months. We will bear the return postage and the reissue postage will be borne by us.( Make sure the packaging is in good condition and the accessories are complete. We will not accept it if it has not been used or used.)

  2. non-quality issues: Within one month after receipt is confirmed, products can be returned or exchanged at a 10% discount, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. No returns or exchanges will be made after one month after receipt is confirmed.
