溫馨提示：
1.新裝上工具時一定要試下是否跳動，跳動的話不能直接作業，要調整到不跳才能用。否則工具很快磨壞，雕出來的東西也不是很順。調整方法：用換夾頭的小扳手輕輕敲一下高速轉動的工具柄直至工具平穩為止。注意：電子機嚴禁敲打，調整方法是鬆開夾頭，把工具轉個角度或伸出和縮進一點。
2一定要注水冷卻（用一次性輸液管自己動手製作滴水裝置，簡單方便。），如果幹鑽，工具頭上的金剛石因過熱會石墨化，從而很快報廢。
3.鑽進時，儘量避免晃動，因為晃動會造成工具局部損壞，並加速整個工具的損壞。
4.轉速儘可能的高。一般要求線速度不低於10-20米每秒。
5.輕壓給進，金剛石工具是靠磨削來加工工件的，過分用力，磨粉不易排除，工具（特別是小工具）也容易損壞。
