If the product is unsatisfactory or damaged on the road, the buyer must check with the courier in person to reject it. Once the product is signed for, The buyer shall bear the return and exchange freight. The seller shall bear the return and exchange freight if the seller sends the wrong product or lacks functionality and quality.
Please inventory the goods in the presence of the courier, sign for the goods, and if you find that the product quantity is insufficient or missing, take pictures of all the products immediately and contact customer service for processing.
About placing an order:
Please provide the delivery address, consignee’s name, and phone number in detail, especially the phone number. Keep it open as much as possible. After the goods are sent out, If the address needs to be transferred or returned due to the buyer's reasons, or the item is signed for at the wrong address, the buyer will be responsible for any costs and losses incurred.
About Logistics:
Our store's logistics does not currently support specifying. Please negotiate with customer service for delivery logistics. .The issue of speed is also a problem that has been bothering us. If you have urgent orders or are impatient to wait, please be careful. Climate problems will affect the speed of express delivery. We cannot promise when you will receive the product. You can tell us to check. For customer service, we will contact the courier to verify the transportation status of the goods and urge delivery.( If the refund is due to express delivery time, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.) We hope that you will understand and support us and not let the speed of express delivery and the attitude of individual couriers affect our cooperative relationship with you.
